Capability — Inventory & e-commerce

Selling in more than one place is great — until your inventory doesn't agree with itself.

The moment you sell the same products on your own site, on a marketplace, and on your shelves, you've got a problem: keeping the counts in sync. Sell something you've already sold somewhere else, and you've got an angry customer and a cancelled order. We build you an AI employee that keeps your inventory honest across every channel — and I built the original version of this for my own business, by hand, years ago.

Built by a 20-year operator who solved this exact problem in code. You own your data. It keeps the truth; you make the calls.

The problem

Overselling is the quiet killer of multi-channel businesses.

Here's the trap. You list a product in three places to sell it faster. It sells on one channel — but the count on the others doesn't update fast enough, so it sells again. Now you've sold something you don't have.

On the big marketplaces especially, that hurts you: cancellations wreck your metrics, your account standing, your visibility. One oversold order can cost you far more than the sale was worth.

So you either undersell on purpose — holding back stock channel-by-channel, leaving money on the table — or you risk overselling. Both are bad. The real fix is keeping every channel's count synced to the truth, in near-real-time, which by hand is almost impossible. And that constant, mechanical vigilance is exactly what an AI employee is perfect for.

What your inventory employee does

One honest source of truth, reflected everywhere you sell.

Keeps counts synced across every channel.

Your website, your marketplace listings, your physical location — when something sells anywhere, the counts everywhere update. One truth, reflected across all your channels, so you stop overselling.

Watches stock levels and warns you early.

Running low on something that sells well? Your AI employee notices before you stock out and flags it, so you reorder in time instead of scrambling.

Lives on a real operations foundation.

Your inventory isn't a bolt-on spreadsheet — it's part of the same system that holds your customers, orders, and books. The whole operation, in one place, agreeing with itself.

Keeps the records straight.

What you have, what you sold, where, for how much. The operational backbone that makes everything else — accounting, reordering, reporting — actually work.

It keeps the truth; you make the calls

The tireless bookkeeper of your stock — not the boss of it.

Your inventory employee keeps your counts honest and flags what needs attention. The decisions stay yours. You get the leverage of constant vigilance without handing over control of your business.

it doesn't decide for you

It flags; you choose.

Low stock, discrepancies, reorder points — it surfaces them clearly and early. What to reorder, what to discontinue, how much to hold: those calls stay with you, every time.

nothing untracked

It keeps everything honest.

One count, reconciled across channels, with the records straight underneath. So you always know what you actually have — and you make every decision from the truth instead of a guess.

Who builds it

I built this exact thing, by hand, for my own business.

I'm Alex Everitt. When my wife and I ran our multi-platform business, we sold across more than one marketplace and our own physical location — and the inventory-sync problem nearly drove me crazy, because getting it wrong meant overselling and angry customers. So I did what an engineer does: I wrote custom software to keep our inventory synchronized across all our platforms, so we never sold what we didn't have.

That was years ago, built from scratch, for one business — mine. What we build for you now does that and more, on a real operations engine, without you writing a line of code. I solved this problem the hard way so you don't have to.

How it starts

See it working before you commit a dollar.

01 — DEMO

See inventory synced across channels.

We'll show you a working setup — a unit sells in one place and the counts update everywhere, plus the low-stock warnings in action. No money changes hands.

02 — PILOT

Prove it on your real products.

A scoped engagement where we connect your channels and set it up around your actual products and locations, so you see it keep your counts honest before the full build.

03 — BUILD & RUN

Your operation, kept in sync.

We integrate your channels and tools onto one operations engine, tune it to how you actually run, and operate it with you. One count, everywhere you sell.

Let's talk about your inventory

Tell us where you sell.

Thirty minutes. Tell us about your products and the channels you sell on, and we'll show you what keeping every count synced to one source of truth — so you stop overselling — would look like. No money changes hands at this stage. You own your data, always.

We'll get back to you within one business day.
No money changes hands at the demo stage.
You keep ownership of your data, always.
